Udon Noodle Sauce
Use this sauce on stir-fry noodles, ideally thick noodles like Udon or Shanghai.
Ingredients
- 2-3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2.5 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mirin (or Rice Wine)
- 0.5 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
- Pinch grated or finely chopped ginger
Steps (Just sauce)
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Add to stir fry noodles while cooking
